從工厂選址、选定工藝路線、工程施工、团队组建、投產準備到日常生产，集團以業主與建設者的身份推進鋼鐵、冶金、钢结构、机械、建材等基礎產業工廠的落地，服务阿尔及利亚當地的產業與區域市場。
From factory siting, process route selection, civil works, team setup, commissioning to daily production, the Group acts as owner-builder of plants in steel, metallurgy, steel structure, machinery, building materials and other fundamental industries in Algeria, serving the local industry and regional markets.
集團為自有產業和其他合作夥伴提供貿易和供應鏈服務，實現資金和貨物的高效跨境流通。
The Group provides trade and supply chain services to its own industrial clusters and to other partners, enabling efficient cross-border circulation of goods and capital.
集團發起產業基金，作為基金的基石投資人。產業基金由獨立第三方的基金管理人獨立運營。基金在香港以開放式基金型公司(OFC)或有限合夥基金(LPF)設立，將資本配置於阿爾及利亞的實業工厂。
The Group is the initiator of these industrial funds and also acts as a Cornerstone Investors of the funds. Funds are operated by 3rd parties and completely independent of the Group. FVehicles are established in Hong Kong as Open-ended Fund Companies (OFC) or Limited Partnership Funds (LPF), and capital is allocated to brick-and-mortar industrial factories in Algeria.
